These mattresses are distinguished by their high flexibility and impact resistance, ensuring maximum adaptability to the pipeline’s shape and enhanced protection, thanks to their high energy absorption capacity in the event of accidental impact.

They consist primarily of a reinforced bituminous core, strengthened by a triple-twisted galvanized steel mesh, which absorbs tensile stresses inside metal or wooden molds. The packaging is completed with geotextile fabric and anchoring supports, facilitating handling. The lifting process is carried out using special frames equipped with multiple lifting points to prevent deformations.
