In March 2016, Thetis Costruzioni S.r.l. inaugurated its operational headquarters at Via Copernico in Bondeno (FE), equipped with two large warehouses, covering a total area of approximately 1,000 m², including dormitory and locker room facilities. The external yard, covering about 6,000 m², houses all the vehicles and equipment, allowing the production of offshore concrete products.

Adjacent to the warehouse is a building used for commercial and technical offices, with two floors covering an area of approximately 180 m².
